Keeping funds in your Fapshi account allows you to make payouts, fund services, and manage your business more efficiently. You can top up either your:
- Main Wallet Balance
- Service Balance
Top Up Methods
Fapshi supports the following top up methods:- Mobile Money/Float transfer
- Bank deposit
Topping Up Your Main Wallet
Your Main Wallet Balance can be used for payouts and transfers to your services. To request a top up:- Open the Manage Funds tab.
- Select Topups.
- Tap Request a Top Up.
- Enter the amount you want to top up.
- Review the payment instructions displayed.
- Complete the transfer using Mobile Money, Float, or Bank Deposit.
- Upload your proof of payment.
- Submit your request.
You’ll receive an email once your top up has been verified and your wallet has been credited.
Topping Up a Service
There are two ways to fund a service.Option 1: Deposit Funds into the Service
This method allows you to deposit funds directly into a service. To do so:- Open the Services tab.
- Select the service you want to fund.
- Tap Topup Funds into this Service.
- Enter the amount you want to top up.
- Review the payment instructions displayed.
- Complete the transfer using Mobile Money, Float, or Bank Deposit.
- Upload your proof of payment.
- Submit your request.
You’ll receive an email once your top up has been processed.
Option 2: Transfer Funds from Your Main Wallet
If you already have funds in your Main Wallet Balance, you can instantly transfer them to any service. To do so:- Open the Services tab.
- Select the service you want to fund.
- Tap Topup Funds into this Service.
- Select Topup from Main Balance.
- Enter the amount.
- Confirm the transfer using your Fapshi PIN.
Processing Time
Most top up requests are completed within a few hours and, in all normal circumstances, within one business day.Notes
- Top ups are available for both your Main Wallet Balance and individual Service Balances.
- Payment instructions are generated when you submit a top up request.
- Always upload a clear proof of payment to help speed up verification.
- All balances are displayed in XAF (FCFA).
