Fapshi empowers you to host paid voting contests online via a link that shows your contest details and contestants. Voters can vote for their favorite contestants by paying a fee. They’ll receive a receipt of payment, while you’ll have access to all votes directly on your Fapshi dashboard or mobile app.
How to Create a Contest
Step 1: Log into your dashboard and navigate to Collections > Contest. Step 2: Click the “Create contest” button at the top right. Step 3: Fill in the required details and confirm. You can choose to add the contestants and at the time of creating the contest or later. Insert the price per vote and proceed. Step 4: Your contest will be generated and you can copy and share the link, together with linnk for each contestant!How to Vote
If you tap the contest link, it will open the contest page. The voting process can be divided into three simple steps:Step 1: Select the contestant
Select the contestant you want to vote for and insert the number of votes you want to cast.Step 2: Fill in your information
Fill in your Name, Email, and Payment number (This is the number of the MTN MoMo or Orange Money account the money will be deducted from).Step 3: Payment
Confirm payment by tapping the Vote Now button. Once you do, a popup will appear on your phone to fill in your MoMo or OM PIN. Do so to confirm payment.If the vote is successful, a receipt of payment will be generated which will serve as your digital ticket. You can download it and keep for reference. You will also receive an email.
How to Check Votes
All votes (failed or successful) will appear on your Fapshi dashboard. Fapshi provides you with out-of-the-box voting management so that you can focus on the contest proper. You can download all the votes as PDF or Excel sheet.If you’re using the mobile app, the steps are the same. Open the Collections tab, select Voting Contest or tap Voting contest on the home screen and follow the same steps.
